Calories 500 (I only eat suhoor and Iftar no other snack not hungry) Eat of the good things we have provided for your sustenance, but commit not excess therein. (Quran 20:81) The best and most perfect diet to follow is the Sunnah of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam).
