Ramadan Mubarak to all my friends..and salute too all athletes and gym lovers who still continue with their workout protocol even after practising the fasts of this holy month. .All the Best..I TIPS ..Try consuming more of proreins waters and complex carbs after iftaar ie..sunset..try to take atleast 5 meals till ur sehari.ie before sunrise..it will surely help in avoiding muscle loss.. if possible try to schedule ur working hours near ur meal time..most important avoid overtraining and keep ur workouts schedule for 3 days and not more than 4 days a week...most most most important .lol.....its a tough 1 during this month even for me but try to stay away from junk foods and what we call to our favourite dishes Talan..like bhajiyas.samosas..pattice n soo...etc..in mumbai its a trend trend to have those maalpuvas n firni .so mumbaitiees I knw its tough to avoid those (its tough for me also...lol cant resist those mouthwatering maalpuvas) but now I have no choice rather than avoiding it..you guys at fitness do have it but a little for taste not in huge quantities on daily basis..infact I would suggest you to have it if at all u have an intense desire after you leg workout day or back workout day but firstly try avoiding it...Friends I know how important is this holy month of Ramadan for us..and so is ur health..so try to merge ur fitness or bodybuilding lifestyle with it..it will surely be fruitful.enjoy ur fasting and ur food this month but enjoy food in limits..remember bodybuilding is a lifestyle ur not a patient...I will soonly post the diet nutrition and workout schedule for this holy month...All The very Best everone...
