Ramadan is now half over and that breaks my heart. Throughout the entirety of Ramadan, Israel mercilessly bombed Gaza killing mostly women and children. Ive shared news articles, debated shills for the Israelis online, donated money, and done whatever little I could as an American so geographically far removed from the events. Ill still do whatever I can, but it will no longer be on my wall. Youve all got the point whether you agreed with me or not. I need to now focus on taking advantage spiritually of what remains of this sacred month of Ramadan and let the posts on my wall reflect that and be a source of encouragement rather than dismay. For those of you who endured it with me, thank you. For those who felt it was too much, Im sorry.
