Operations Manager Manage the entire operation in order to ensure the quality and timeliness of the operation meet the targets set as well as encourage production growth and improve process efficiency in an efficient, effective, safe, environmentally safe, and in a corporate socially responsible manner. Requirements : Education : S1 in Petroleum Engineering or related fields Work Experience : Min. 12 years of relevant experiences with 5 years progressively responsible managing high technology oil & gas field Production and Processing operations; additional drilling experience is desirable. 2. Production Engineer Lead studies and analysis of production engineering activities, plan, organize, integrate and control production activities in order to ensure the achievement of production target effectively and efficiently. Requirements : Education : S1 in Petroleum Engineering or related fields Work Experience : Min. 10 years in Oil & Gas Industry. Operational background on well testing analysis, well completion, acid stimulation, gravel packing, fracturing, electric submersible pumping wireline, rig workovers, formation damage prevention, and Artificial Lift Methods. 3. Drilling Engineer Prepare requirements as well as provide support for daily drilling and workover activities to ensure drilling activities is done based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) conducted and within budget, company and government regulations, and HSE regulations. Requirements : Education : S1 in Petroleum Engineering or related fields Work Experience : Min 10 years experienced in Drilling technology / operations knowledge. • Knowledge in high pressure, high temperature and H2S environmental. • Knowledge in Company and Government of Indonesia procurement policy and regulation. 4. Field Supervisor Manage operation at field/site in accordance with company’s policy, standard & procedures and develop organizational capability in line with company’s strategy to achieve in year Performance Contract / Performance Target / Agreement with operation running in a safe and efficient way with the minimum impact to the environment. Requirements : Education : D3 / AKAMIGAS / S1, in Petroleum Engineering or other related majors Work Experience : Min. 10 years in Oil & Gas Industry. • Knowledge in HSE and community development • Knowledge in production planning 5. Geologist Conduct a thorough geological evaluation and integrating those studies with geophysical and reservoir data to support the drilling process as well as to find additional oil & gas resources within the block and other prospective blocks. Requirements : Education : S1 in Geological Sciences Work Experience : Min. 7 years in Oil & Gas Industry. • Knowledge of general geological concepts and tools for conducting geological studies. • Knowledge of related engineering functions (reservoir and drilling). 6. Internal Auditor To develop the internal audit department in order to be inline with the growth of the company’s operational activities. Requirements : Education : S1 in accounting, finance or engineering. Having professional certification (CPA, CIA, QIA) is preffered. Work Experience : 4-7 years of working experience (senior auditor, audit supervisor or audit assistant manager) in public accounting firm with exposure in oil & gas upstream or in internal audit department. Deep understanding in auditing, accounting, taxation, oil & gas procurement regulation (PTK 007) and internal control concept. 7. Reservoir Engineer Conduct reservoir analysis, evaluation, and calculation as well as monitor reservoir performance in order to maintain and increase oil & gas production by optimizing the reserves available and identifying workover opportunities as well as support the acquisition of new reserves. Requirements : Education : S1 in Petroleum Engineering, Geological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related fields Work Experience : Min. 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry. • Certification in Reservoir training • Certification in Logging Technique and Perforation • Certification in case hole and down hole guidance 8. Completion Engineer Prepare requirements as well as provide support for completion and workover activities to ensure drilling activities is done based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) conducted and within budget, company and government regulations, and HSE regulations. Requirements : Education : S1 in Petroleum Engineering or related fields Work Experience : Min 10 years experienced in Drilling technology / operations knowledge. • Knowledge in high pressure, high temperature and H2S environmental. • Knowledge in Company and Government of Indonesia procurement policy and regulation.
