I saw grown men standing tears after they went in recognition. Inhuman conditions ... puppies left in urine and feces , cold ... without food . We live in a country where the vulnerable are unlikely ... like people ... stray dogs .. if you do not have relationships or people who claim to them .. dropping like flies in a miserable financial project . 50 euros per dog . Financial engineering cruel . Toto is my home now ... 2 beds .. traumatized and seizures. On it I managed to take . Others .. but ... no chance.
