Ran a few errands today, including meds from Wally....well there was a DOG locked in a pickup truck with all windows closed in the parking lot!!!! It was to see the large dog in the back seat of the truck as the windows were tinted, but we noticed a large dog in the back moving around....took the plate number and went inside to call the douchebag outside to get his dog.....and in the meantime, I called Plymouth police....mind you, I already scoped out the doors were locked or else the dog would have been taken by me....as the police cruiser arrived, and the female officer got out to see what the problem was.....the looser owner came out....like all confused on the commotion....WTF?????? I wasnt in there that long... as he pushed his cartfull of shit..including a few 12 packs of beer and another few of wine coolers....The officer stood between us, as I was ready to kick the shit out of this hillbilly. Well she said, the call was put in at 3:16 and its not over an hour later the outside temp was 75, but in the sun and a closed car you know the heat.....She took the dog outside and gave him water....wrote out a citation, but the dog didnt seem right...so she told him to take him to the local vet that has emergency hours....and she followed him......I told the officer, if she didnt arrive in a reasonable time I would use a hammer I keep in my vehicle for circumstances like this....and she laughed and said I hope you keep bail money on you......no....Im part of a circle of animal advocates that would certainly back me up, as I would for them....Its May 26, come on....summer isnt here yet and this is occurring....wtf.....(I wanted to use my hammer on the dumbass guy.......
