Ran into not just one, but TWO of my deadbeat tenants who robbed me and my family of thousands of dollars (which will never be paid back because apparently, being a thief of someone elses rental income isnt a bad enough crime to arrest people for) My first instinct was to scream THIEF at the top of my lungs...but then I remembered...being the bigger person is exactly what keeps me the property owner and not the debt dodger. So I walked away and maintained my integrity...it feels good not to have a single person on the planet that I need to hide my face from out of shame over my own actions. No matter what, clean up your messes folks, integrity is a terrible trait to waste.
