Rana Dasgupta, author of Capital: A Portrait of Twenty-First-Century Delhi, was at the closing day of #WhileWeLookedAway at #TheMSFFestival, and spoke to us about his favourite photograph from the exhibition: The picture that moved me most is of the woman with a needle in her arm. The way she looks at this needle, stunned...perhaps she had never seen such a thing before. Ive just learned about MSFs budget, which is actually rather small when you consider how many people have received life-saving treatments. I had imagined it would be more! I am very impressed by the immense amount of work MSF is doing in India.
