Rand Paul quietly went to the Kentucky State Legislature about changing the law the state has that says a candidate cant run for two different offices at the same time. Kentucky says no to him! If he wants to run for president he will only be able to run for that! Not the Senate like others have done sense Texas passed the LBJ bill that became law, several others states have passed the same law allowing those that were on the presidential ticket also run for the house or senate seat at the same time. Joe Bidden did that and won both.
