Random Lisa spouting moment Proceed with caution! Over the couse of the last few weeks someone asked me why I decided to bring Maggie to Winston. Before they gave me the opportunity to respond - said person presented a littany of reasons detailing why I should have never embarked on this journey. First being her age, second being that she has a hearing impairment/ is totally deaf. Lastly was the comment of youre just being irrational and overly emotive, its only a dog after all. So I caught my breath, allowed my thought process to absorb and recognize- therefore allowing me to understand that my instant response to idiocracy and inhumanity tends to be aggressive. After much consideration and ponderance of my my of verbiage the reply was I think almost too simplistic for this individual. ----- Age is irrelevant, because as I get older; I like me more every day. Aging equates to wisdom that dollars will never place a value on. Hearing sounds or not is irrelevant because I have 2 very dear friends in Patricia Deuel and her husband Harold who just as it happens are deaf. Having the ability to hear whatever sounds or not, never stopped them from becomming highly educated nor exploring the world. A dog is a living, breathing entity- just as I am; and God as I understand God- put that dog in my life or more so placed me in that dogs existance for a reason. And it is all good for more reasons than I will ever comprehend.--- OK sorry but apparently I just unloaded, and in a public forum... And the world didnt end LOL!
