Random question: has anyone else noticed a pretty significant difference in your training when you eat eggs vs not? I ask because I dont really like the taste of eggs, so I dont eat them for a few months at a time. When I start eating several again (4-6 per day, though Ive gone as high as 18. Probably overkill), I get a reliable 5-10 pound uptick in scale weight over a couple months, with accompanying strength gains, but no change in waist circumference. Just wondering if other people had noticed the same thing.
