Random thought I remember watching the trailer for Star Trek. Those images of men actually building the Enterprise inspired me with the hope of mankinds inventions and innovation. The creativity we have within to build wonders in architecture, engineering, science and so on. I was hoping to see a much brighter future in 2014. Instead all Im seeing is the future George Orwell described in his 1984. Look at it. Look at our government. look at our days. No flying cars. Just better surveillance equipment. No break throughs in medical science.Just newer diseases. No age of wonder and astonishment. Just scandal, gossip, viral stupidity and more hatred; disguised as showbiz humor. If we were ever to make first contact with any other life out there. I can see how weve ruined our chances. Call me mad for what Im saying here. But look at yourselves and see what you have become
