Random thoughts in the morning after watching class s mpgl lately... My thoughts on the ph DOTA 2 meta today: -Lack of identity, Ever since the pro teams shifted to DOTA 2 no team for me has found their own playstyle outside of Mineski which plays a counter picker type of gameplay that requires flexible and all around players which they actually have now. Gone are the days of izone defense, dreamz sama sama technique and HFs rat doto. I just feel that the captains need to understand that it is very important for a team to play with its strengths and to find the playstyle that actually suits their respective rosters. -lack of innovative ideas, changelogs for me has a huge effect on the meta but no team has actually capitalized on the fact that omniknight has global GA with ags. Ive been in the scene too long that Ive seen metas change after changelogs and were always the last to take advantage of them. -bottle crow, since the end of the bottle crow era, we rarely use the heroes that were really good at which are dk, sf, mirana and magnus the way we played them before. This is the reason why were seeing so much invokers and other int heroes playing mid in the meta now because bottle crow was the one tactic that made more heroes playable in the competitive scene. I dont know if were just afraid of what people would say with this tactic or because its really not effective anymore but for me at one point i wanna see somebody try again. #agaaga
