Random thoughts while in the gym today: - I need to drink more water. - Why are there so many people in here today? Its the middle of a Monday morning? - Should I do cardio today? Yes definitely. - I wish I could walk around and correct peoples form, but I dont work here. - Maybe I wont have time to do cardio if I do abs. - This is the perfect week to start a new workout regime -- why do people wait until January 1? - 4 days in a row -- wish I had this much time in my normal week. - Its really surprising some of the things people will wear to the gym for working out :\ . - Ok, definitely need abs; compromising on time -- 20 minutes of cardio. - Fastest way to get thru 20 mins of cardio: Walk 2 minutes, Run 2 minutes. Time fliiiiiesss by ... - In my car -- Im always amazed at how empowered I feel after a good workout. Need to bottle this feeling. Thats all :).
