Randy and I know what it really happening in the court system and totally support Nancy Lamb for District Attorney. The files are public and each case will tell you who requested the continuance and why. Superior court files will have a transcript of plea which tells you exactly what has been dismissed and the conditions of the plea. Dont take my word the information in files tell the truth. My concern is that the courts protect the public and the victims, not the other way around. You need to vote Tuesday.
