Rang your technical helpline this afternoon as my iPhone charger is faulty and less than 6 months old ! Spoke to an Irish guy who said I can either have a replacement one sent or he would put £20 credit on my bill to cover the charge so agreed to that Nice and helpful I thought to myself Went off to the local store customers queuing to the door whilst an Asian guy got in a panic and the woman who says shes the manager sat playing with her hair on a personal call Got the charger elsewhere got home and what a surprise the credit is not on my account I suggest someone PMs me about this so the amount is showing on the online system when I log into my account as the Irish guy said
