Ranked as one of the top 4 signature noodles to try in #Singapore by Singapore Tatler. The Tung Lok Group’s Noodle Stories conceived a signature creation called Biang Biang Noodles, a dish that originated from Shaanxi China. The name of this handmade noodle is apparently one of the most complicated Chinese characters as it’s made up of 57 strokes. This dish is also coined ‘belt noodle’ as the wheat flour dough is stretched into a broad, long strand akin to a belt. The thick noodle has a toothsome, chewy bite and is laced with an addictive piquant sauce composed of minced meat, garlic, fermented beanpaste, black vinegar and chilli oil.
