Ranking Member Alexander, House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton, and Senate Finance Committee Ranking Member Orrin Hatch sent a letter to CMS Chief Tavenner, questioning whether CMS is considering punishing states for HealthCare.gov’s technological failures.
