Rant- hater, negative comments, orits the easy way out please keep your pathetic words to yourself. For some reason I was watching Montell Williams and they had a young man who had bariatric surgery on. Usually before the initial procedure whether it be RXY, gastric sleeve, lap band, etc. They make you do a cleanse which is mostly liquids. This one kid lost 11 pounds during his 2 week cleanse. I lost 26. He lost a total of 111 lb when he plateaued. I lost a total of 188 and I am still losing. I know lots of people on here who had some kind of bariatric procedure but I wont tag for privacy sakes. I just hope everyone realizes that this is not the easy way out.
