Rant: So last night we ordered pizza and paid with a credit card by phone. Today the manager calls me and says that they wrongfully entered the total into the Tip section in the computer and gave the driver a $51.00 tip. They are sending this matter to corporate so they can credit back the card in a few days. Ok, two problems with this: 1. The driver knew LAST night when he tipped out at the end of the shift that something was wrong. Ive delivered before and you pretty much keep a talley if your tips, and you never have THAT good of a night, or get that far off on your estimate. You just dont magically get $51 extra bucks! 2. It should not take corporate DAYS to credit back the refund. The guy says, Oh well we will also credit your account with $11.00 for a free pizza for the next time you order. That, my friend WILL never happen.
