Rant. Thank you very much, Cebu Pacific Air for wasting several hours of my life. You can only book 14 people at a time on cebupacificair, but the dropdown allows you to choose up to 20 passengers, and theres a mechanism to collect info for all those passengers. The system simply fails, without explanation or warning, when you confirm more than 14 passengers. I ended up entering full information on their horrible and unusable interface, four times, without knowing what was going wrong. I had to call the hotline to discover this.
