Rant alert. I am hanging out watching hockey and reading about the steroid stuff in baseball. And how they will probably get 100 game suspensions for testing positive. (inside cardinal baseball several players have tested positive claimed injuries to serve quiet suspensions) . And then I think about how Lance Armstrong has a lifetime ban from any endurance sport on the planet. It seems to me that its because Lance became hated by everyone and once the public starts to rail against you its easy to punish you since its socially acceptable. Funny. how socially acceptable hate becomes us. I hear people saying how much they hate nickleback or Justin beiber and I wonder how any celeb or athlete gets so hated by people who have no idea what they are like. But I also think hate is easy to do cause then we feel better about ourselves I suppose. religions do It all the time to justify their specific beliefs. And bored lonely people do it to others ( recently our elderly lesbian neighbors were sent a hate letter about how they were hurting the family values the letter was from a very nasty lonely divorced woman) anyway. I am not saying I am not guilty of this at times. just ranting on a Saturday night.
