With Pinterest, Etsy, Craftsy and all the other social media there is no way that my items couldnt be directly copied or provide inspiration for someone else. The only true thing that makes my pieces 100% unique is the care and workmanship I put into them. You simply cannot patent crafts so quit whining and ranting when someone has something similar to yours. Make furniture? Good luck not finding another vendor who makes stuff that looks similar - dont get on Facebook and bash them. Instead pull up Pinterest or Etsy or walk into the craft mall in your own town and look around...you arent that unique. Make bows? Yeah, your stuff will be like someone elses. Make purses? Go look at Craftsy. Why waste time freaking out and thinking you were copied? You likely werent. Move on. Rant over!
