Rant of the day: People who always have something negative to say about choices I make that dont concern them in any way. And when it concerns my pets, I tend to get a little irate. I have a coworker who seems to think its her duty to show me the error of my ways. And its about to get ugly. Today, I came real close to telling her off. I dont want to hear that birds and guinea pigs are dirty creatures, or that cats smell, or dogs shed, or that snakes and tarantulas are evil, or fish are to much work. Do I spend alot of money on pet supplies every month? Yes, but its my money. Do my pets take up alot of my time? Yes, but its my time. Is it worth it?? At the end of a long day, I walk into my house and see my fish looking at me from their different aquariums, dogs bouncing, cats rubbing on me, guinea pigs squealing and my bird screeching, and yes, its worth it. Maybe not cage cleaning and litter box on Mondays but the rest of it is well worth it
