Rant of the day. You know it really gets me that, I went to Meigs, I have had one son graduate Meigs, have another son graduating Meigs this year and a Freshmen at Meigs. I attend darn near every sporting event at Meigs, I coach Jr. High Baseball at Meigs...I bet I spend over $500 a year just attending Football, Basketball and Baseball events, this does not include the money I spend throughout the year for my kids school functions. My question is this, why can I (A Local Business) get business from River Valley, Athens, South Gallia, Rio Grande, Southern and several other places, but cannot get Meigs to even consider me to use as business...My designs are far better than any competitor, my pricing is way better than any competitor, and also the fact that I also offer back a percentage of shirts sold. I guarantee the business they choose to use doesnt come sit in the stands, they dont spend the money that I do at the school. What really burns me is I post a Homecoming shirt on the Meigs Football facebook page and they remove it!!! Last year I posted a great design for Reunion On The River and I was asked to remove it because it would take away from their sales. I could easily produce a design for the Meigs Alumni, But I have enough respect that I choose not to do so. I am a Small Meigs County Business, the money I make puts a roof over my kids head, allows them to eat and is all spent at Meigs High School....I do not ask for all their business, all I ask is why not even look to a local business that could benefit and save money. Even if Im just a $1.00 cheaper per shirt, that can add up to lots more profit for whatever scholarship or organization they are raising money for....End Rant!!!
