Rare normal...thats what April and I decided to label this chapter of life. Today she said she felt more normal but then said wait, what is normal anymore?!? I think we can all agree...normal is not the word we usually use when describing this McClan. Theres nothing ordinary about them. We talked about her new mission field. I mean WHAT?!? Shes thinking about how shes gonna minister to the people around her. If you know her well...youre not surprised and yet...totally shocked. I feel like shes got plenty on her mind. No one would blame her if she put some blinders on and went full steam ahead. But its not who she is. She is a servant. Well April, I realized what a gift it is to us that you allow us to serve you. Truly, that isnt easy but youre doing it and youre passing it along. Thank you for your leadership.
