Rat/fire update. Saw law dog. Very informative. Our laws suck! Got new estimate on fixing what old contractor did . Omg what a difference . Like $12,000 difference . Can you say scam? What this new guy found under our home and on our walls. The jerk has done nothing . Other than remove part of the insulation. Been trying to get the smell out of the burned insulation. And he did use the toxic crap. They make a clear non toxic green sealer . Going to spray total house under and inside. 2 coats of paint after that. Literally every thing in house cleand . 18 pages of what they are going to do. Mr ins man threatened us with no more hotel stay and not paying this estimate.Got news for him. And a letter from the law dog if need be. Going after licenses and all that to begin with. This whole thing smells of a big scam. How many others just gave up. Not sure if the ins. Co is in on it but sure looks that way to me . Perusing it all and using there money to do it..
