Rather interesting chat with some of my neighbors the other day. Apparently we have a creeper for a grounds keeper/maintenance guy. I only had one encounter with him and he was a raging a-hole. One of my neighbors stated they have had him key in to their apartments while they were home and they were not notified prior to him coming by. Thats a HUGE no-no according to state law. One tenant said they have come home and found him in their apartment. Apparently he said he was checking on the toilet for excessive water use. Im sorry, but if I ever found that S.O.B. in my apartment when I came home, hed be held at gunpoint until police arrived. If he was ever dumb enough to key into my apartment while I was home (without prior approval), it would be the last thing he ever did. Some people...
