Rather sick of how every product out there feels the need to trumpet its conspicuousness - never mind pretensions at actually having some intended purpose. Apps that litter their icons all over your home screens, wanting to sign you up for every little tidbit about themselves (dont miss the latest marketing!) and continually prompt to take over the rest of your device, always pleading to be made the default for ridiculous purposes. Even supposedly friendly old-fashioned bike bells arent safe from this. Whos idea was it to have them periodically ring as you go over curbs, as if to say, Dont forget you have a bell! Feel free to ring me at any time whatsoever! Hear how I can ring? Why dont you ring me more? :( Obviously theyre unfamiliar with the old adage, Bells should be seen and not heard.
