Rational Discrimination based on Biological Inequality. Many women claim that women are equal with men. So they demand everything at per with men. But this calculation is wrong. Men and women are not equal but unequals. They are like Face and Neutral of electric current. Face is more important than Neutral, but still Face cannot work without the existence of the Neutral. The correct relationship of men and women may also be understood by using the simile or instance of Right hand and Left hand. Both hands are equal in size but not in strength. Normally the Right hand is stronger than the Left hand. Still in some cases Left hand is stronger than the Right hand. In biological statistics the ratio is very minimal. But in no case both hands are equal. Women have some handicaps like menstruation and pregnancy along with breast-feeding. During the period the movement becomes restricted. This is the disadvantage of women in comparison with men. So women are bound to lag behind the men in terms of performance in production. Men are biologically privilleged. That is the reason behind unequal amount of power, resources and rights of the men and women. Therefore gender discrimination is rational discrimination based on biological inequality. Of course the women need to come forward to get equaled with men. But it should be done through social work and not by enacting dangerous laws.
