Let us to search solution ..I hv ONE on my mind."e- Democrasy" works without PRs.Let us develop it or find another!! 1) With ADHAR CARD Being prepared like ATM card we can vote on several issues , local ,regional,or national and elect efficient persons directly for ministerial & other essential constitutional posts. PREPARATION OF SU- ADHAR CARD-- SUDHARIT ADHAR CARD will combine the goodness & utility of ATM,PAN,ELECTION,& MEMORY CARDs.Initially Indian citizen will simply has to submit a recent photo personal information some address proof ( to be verified by any local govt autharity) thumbmark ,mbl no.( if any)& be submitted to nominated local govt.authority( grampanchayat or mehsul or post or any govt.machinary as decided by EC) Data thus collected at Dist.collector will get the ADHAR cards prepared & distributed to citizen backwards as collected.The card will get authentised at first use with thumb mark photo eyes & other identity marks .This card will eventually be enriched with other details & utilities by various govt.depts. ESTABLISHMENT OF SETU SUVIDHA CENTRES AT VILLAGE TO URBAN LOCALITIES.....Setu suvidha centres will be set up at all levels manned by 8 hourly two employees.( Data entryOperators) where Citizen can vote.Latter info received by different institutes like IT.Excise,Police etc will be fed to cards.by the EOs.in his working 16X7 .All personal info from property owned to health will be entered in the cards memory.Citizen may check it at Center & may register objections changes to be made by concerned autharities. Data thus stored at local & central Data center will enable citizen to get new card if lost or memory full or any other reason .Eventally this card can replace all other cards to be used as multyutility unique card including as ATM for various accounts. FINANCING FOR ALL THIS CARDS & CENTRES....- Lot of money ,manpower.machinary will be required to run this huge IT business..Offcourse Yes.But consider the amount of money we expend every 5 yrs.to elect our USELESS PRs.U must hv read.Gopinath Mundhe eccepted he spent 8 crores to get elected as MP.,his opponent also must hv spent same amount ,another 8 crores by other miscellanrous candidates =we spend nearly 25 crores to elect a MP.Add Election machinaries expenditures,Add Similer extravagant election expenditure at various elections from GramPanchayat PS,ZP to MLA MLCs.Amount thus saved will happily be used to run USEFULL SUVIDHA CENTERS CATERING MULTIPLE SERVICES AND EMPLOYING YOUTHS( DEO.)..CITIZENS WONT HV TO RUN FROM ONE GOVT MACHINARY TO ANOTHER FOR DOCUMENTS let us get the utmost fruits of Technology ,and eliminate the looters dalals viz PRs who r consistently robbing us.& hv proved to be USELESS be of any party.
