Ray Comfort livingwaters Don’t be deceived by the scorning of this world. They laugh as they violate God’s Law thinking that there will be no consequences to their actions. They are like a drunk who laughs as he speeds onto a freeway off-ramp and drives into on-coming traffic. Time will show him reality. But you know better. You know that Newton was right when he said that every action has an opposite and equal reaction. Life has natural consequences and so does sin. And if you learn to walk in the fear of the Lord (always looking for His frown or His smile) you are going to get victory over the battle with sin. However, even though you may walk in victory, the war will rage until we’re either mortally wounded or until the trumpet sounds. Until that time we will be drawn to the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Fight though we may, we are on the side of the One who wins the war, so we must say (with Winston Churchill in the face of an attacking Adolf Hitler) “We will NEVER surrender!”
