Ray Hagins “All I wanna say is that they don’t really care about us.” – Michael Jackson The House approved a measure that would cut approximately $39 billion in funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program — better known as food stamps. A couple of weeks ago a so-called computer glitch caused a lot of people to not be able to use their EBT cards to buy food. In my opinion, it was a rehearsal to see how the public would respond to what they had already planned to do. Over 100 million people in this country are on food stamps (i.e., EBT). I just cant seem to reconcile how it is more important for this government to spend approximately $4,500,000.00 for ONE Predator Drone (of which the US has many deployed all over the world); not to mention the ones that President Obama has authorized for use on American soil. After all, what do you think is going to happen when people cant buy food to feed themselves and their children? I think the video below somewhat speaks to what the government is gearing up for.
