Ray is a tall , purebred neutered yellow Lab, two years old, who needs a new home. He has a loving family that is greatly concerned about his well being but they are moving out of the country and there is a 6 month quarantine period for dogs. Ray would no do well with that. Ray is good with dogs , and cats. Great with children. Loves to swim and run in the park and at the beach. He is trained , gentle, no bad habits.He would make a fine companion dog . He walks well on a leash. However, he is timid. He always has been. He is scared when he goes to new places, and when he meets new people it takes a little while for him to relax. Loud noises scare him. His owners have worked with him since he was a puppy and he gets better all the time but whoever adopts him would have to be patient with new situations.
