Ray. we knew each other for 70 plus years and I still have no idea who you are. Looking back It;s apparent that we inherited many of our Dads traits. such as showing true emotions even though we love deeply. we never have taken life to seriously but tried to squeeze the best from each day. We were not born leaders, however, as teenagers you were known as the ( fearless leader ) You had the God given ability to come up with ideas which were doomed from the start and could only end in disaster, yet we were more than willing to follow. What the hell were we thinking. IF I had the time and patients to memorialize a few of our escapades, which ended badly, thanks to you, people would have a better understanding why I havent spoken to you much in the last 50 or so years. Procrastination was another trait we inherited and it has served us well. By the time you made up your mind to act, someone has already done it. Best intentions Huh. Being a man of few words has its upside, you make less enemies. Just a thought. Over our lifetime, I have hated you, been jealous of you, stood in awe of you. I watched the happiest times in your life, the birth of your three daughters, meeting Brenda and most recently your love and devotion to Shaila.
