Rayman and Thomas Ltd is currently seeking a Floor Supervisor/ Housekeeper Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, duties will involve: Assist the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the high housekeeping standards in the hotel Supervising a designated section of the hotel Leading and developing their team of room attendants Ensuring that company standards are maintained at all times Responding to guest queries if required, providing exceptional guest service at all times Experience required: Previous supervisory experience from within a Housekeeping department must know how to use Opera System.
