Wright et al.. - 30 October 2014 - Re: Random drug testing for medical doctors and medical personnel The user taker class and the upper tier and legitimate authority folks that “ “game” the “system” ” will generally find a way to “get around” a government planned and administered program. This presumption does not have to occur as a given imho. This common dynamic penalizes and unnecessarily stresses the government employees that respect the law but ALSO know the, and system/dynamic and the system/dynamic oversight is fouled and flawed. An example is that a drug dog can be trained “to hit” “alert” at the actual smell as presumed, but also “at will.” A person that eats a poppy seed roll at lunch or dinner yesterday is going to test positive for opiates the next day. A live sperm can live in the urethra male or female for up to three days and is easily detected in a routine urine test administered for any reason. A better drug test is to take a hair sample from the head or body. The drug dogs and drug tests favor the user takers and those that game the system, AND THAT ARE ALREADY IN LEGITIMATE AUTHORITY AND IN POWER. In many cases the offenders are alerted ahead of time of the tests. THE HONEST AND DECENT CITIZENS ARE NOT EVEN AWARE of “the hacks” that are known to the “insiders” “upper tier.” In a perfect world the legitimate authority checks and balances usually catch this. TRAVIS COUNTY TEXAS is not even close to a perfect world. If Eric Holder can turn a blind eye to US American justice to the extent of his being indicted by the 113th US Congress, and his having to plead the 5th amendment to defend “his government service, and the “oath of office” he individually took to uphold the law, I have to ask if this is indeed Wining the Future? / WTF?, and if Holder’s Behavior is WTF, can and would you please explain WTF for what and who, and what intent? When US government officials at the highest levels of government “have to”, AND are allowed to plead the 5th because the questioners are incapable of asking more direct questions and use the resources they have to vet the answers that were/are given, and then have the courage to make the charges that need to be made to seek “more better and more fair and equal justice under law” justice, and then non-ADD make the case in the context of seeking the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth like US regular people are made to do. My alternative suggestion to random drug testing is to honestly and competently VET - better than the DNC, the RNC at the time, the press and media narrative projections gatekeepers the time, and the subsequent US Congresses since 2008 have vetted Barry Soetoro-Obama - the signed and sworn statements that are on the job application as to the applicant’s real identity, ss# [Is the person a foreign national using a stolen social security number in order to illegally obtain government benefits and privilege?], the educational credentials [Did the applicant lie and misrepresent their educational credentials in order to qualify for the job and subsequent raises?], was the training or diploma purchased from a diploma mill?, if the diploma is valid is the information on the diploma true or false?, is the narrative and backstory true or false, when the work history is compared to social security records and NSA copies of bank records are any read flags raised when a stolen security number is determined? are important components of an honest and competently done vetting process. If I had the resources to vet every medical doctor, every minister myself or my children were to interact with, every school employee, any lawyer, and law and legal component person I had to come into contact with I most certainly would do so. The first thing I would do is to verify if the MD actually went to college, actually went to a medical school that actually exists, and actually did their internship at an actual hospital. If someone with a top secrete US government security clearance can lie about their background and use a stolen ss# do you think a MD could do the same thing? Cedar Park ISD had a case a few years back of an employee who did not have “the snap” to not make it to the newscast that got caught for lying about their education and credentials. Cedar Park is in the Travis county Texas area. More recently Harvard Law graduate lawyer and political candidate W. Davis had lying issues regarding their background story and the intentional misrepresentation of same in order “to pass” political muster and political class oversight by the mainstream news and press. ISSUE TWO: The 04 November 2014 Elections and the early voting and absentee voting processes and dynamics in Travis county Texas Nos. 12-292 Sawyer vs. Wright, et al. specifically addresses the election processes in Travis county Texas in the context or the four Travis county Texas community components that pertain to universally defined good Behavior and the values and principles driving the Behavior, ex. – the concept of “equal justice under the law” afforded by the courts, and the Travis county Texas community standards in general. In general one makes the assumption that the criminal class lies cheats deceives and steals to affect their culture and way of life, and assumes the presumption of innocence to the legitimate authority processes, dynamics, and functioning of day to day government IN EVERY FORM, and at all levels of government function and dysfunction. In the Travis county Texas November 2014 election there as many candidates on the City Council ballot as the number of women and children that were massacred at the Waco Mount Carmel compound a few years ago. The Mount Carmel massacre was after the US DOJ lost a court case and under and as a direct result of the same colluding policy, procedure, guidelines, leadership, unclouded judgment, and leadership group/ gang /political party definer’s definition/s of “acceptable collateral damage” [To the good and goodness of the United States or the group/gang?] is the problem that needs more competent and honest review and more people with legitimate authority standing for something other than the “need” to be re-elected, and to “go along to get along” to be re-elected to do more “acceptable collateral damage?” Knowing what I know and what I think I know and knowing that means nothing at times other than what I have firsthand experienced seen and heard I make the following recommendations to ALL of the candidates starting the minute the polls close. Make absolutely no comments to the press and media. Absolutely do not concede your race no matter what your best friend says or what the pollster and advisors say. If you are threatened immediately call 512-345-1111 and make a facts only report. This can also be done on-line and anonymous [just leave out the info and report the facts/concern only]. REMEMBER IT IS A FELONY TO KNOWNINGLY MAKE A FALSE POLICE OR FBI REPORT. If you have been threatened in any manner make sure you have a one or two wing persons the entire night and at all times. If you can photograph the face and name badge number do so. Even if you think you are politically savvy and it’s all good, why not just nonchalantly wait until the local press and media has and reports 100% of the results in actual votes AND NOT IN PERCENTAGES. If you are a down ballot or lower tier candidate call the press and media and politely and nicely ask them to report YOUR VOTES – the votes that you actually received. Whatever “they” our neighbors and fellow church congregants say - be nice. The newspapers at least and at minimum should print the COMPLETE results in numbers and not percentages and by precinct. This information may not be available until Thursday or Friday the 7th. DO not rely on the website version of the results. Everyone has access to a printed copy in the newspaper. If you know you constituency and are able to do so compile a list of people who will sign a sworn affidavit under penalty of perjury stating that they voted for you and where and when and how they voted for you. I always save the little receipt that you get that has your access code on it. The reason I am as concerned as I am about the process all of the smiling faces say is state of the art is that the “state of the art” has imho allowed the issues regarding vetting flaws and security clearances and stolen ss#’s to set the community standard bar to nearly non-existant. Back to the suggestions: Most people do not know that an election is not certified until 17 days after the day of the election. In the past few years the reporting on election fraud in other parts of the country has increased. We all know of elections where small numbers of votes have made the difference, ex. – a past gubernatorial candidate leading statewide by large margins lost by +/- 100 Travis county Texas votes made in the oversight purview of the 1990 Travis county Texas “Public Integrity” Unit. Nos. 12-292 Sawyer vs. Wright, et al. specifically addresses this fact and subsequent concern challenging the “it’s aall good” status quo 1990-2014 point of view. Once the votes are certified under the auspices of the State of Texas Secretary of State – under the oversight purview of the Travis county Texas District Attorney “Public Integrity” unit - then the folks who have attested to the validity of the votes and processes can be held legally accountable as to their participation in affirming or validating fraud or a legally held election that has accounted for all of the votes cast in that election. I did not grow up around criminals or government employees that did not respect the law. I grew up around veterans that did not talk about war, or go around bragging and saying - if you have freedom thank a veteran. I am free and I am thankful for veterans. For veterans to assume it is all good is irresponsible at best. It is difficult in many cases for an honest person to even think like a criminal and a con artist for men and women ages 50 and above. I am suggesting that as an honest person you are going to have to pay attention the chain of evidence, the paper trail, and the concept and actual practice of TRUST BUT VERIFY every single thing. If you were driving a vehicle full of people you would need to pay attention and stay alert. If you were an accountant you would need to dot the i’s and cross the t’s unless you were dishonest and intended to commit fraud and a crime. If you are a candidate who has reason to believe you were defrauded or cheated – have a lawyer and $500 dollars to file a lawsuit the very minute you have a factual concern to challenge – literally “it’s just that easy”. Make the deliberate ingor[e]ance and blank look explain their actions and be held accountable – DO NOT WAIT FOR THE legitimate authority to do the job “they” – your neighbor and the person sitting in the same church building – DID NOT DO TO GET TO THE POINT YOU ARE SUING THEM FOR. To assume the Texas Election processes are as well managed as the Cedar Park CPS oversight and dysfunction of the CPS statewide and at the highest levels of oversight is a valid assumption that the presumption of innocence has a low probability of being right. In other words I personally want to believe otherwise, but I believe the major flaws in the processes will not be voluntarily exposed by the very small number of high profile and high level folks that we normally trust and take at their word. I believe 99.9 % of people in Travis county Texas are good and want to do good and right behavior and that those 99.9% need to work diligently to construct valid and solid and actual checks and balances as oppose to false narrative projections based on forgery, fraud, stolen ss#’s and sophistry IN COLLUSION with self-serving by a small sophisticated groups of sophists in the local Travis county Texas church, government, press and media and law and legal components at the Elite levels of elitis.
