Lifestyle Commitment Eat real food. I cannot begin to stress enough how this one small action has made all the difference. Pick a few “convenience” foods and start switching them out for the real deal. Dont skip breakfast - dont go more than 4 hours without protein and good fat. Dont let yourself get hungry. Eat 5 small portions a day - stay away from processed carbs and sugar as these will increase your hunger.
