Re : Council Tax ..... for those of you that have followed this 18 month saga..... the council tax that i do not owe is being taken out of my welfare payment automatically, ive been given the right to appeal in a letter received.. but according to the DWP phone lady, i do not have the right to appeal, so i have appealed in writing, but even so.. the basics are they are taking the money before any appeal has been heard, now. a council can say you owe them money, if you dont pay and claim you do not, they take it out your welfare payment without your consent and with the complicit action of the DWP... they claim a liability order has been issued for it yet i have received nothing.. what they mean is the liability order has been shown to the DWP, not to me... lol... third party interference has to be illegal ? surely.. lol... but i am powerless to stop the money going off due to not being a hacker lol.. will take another trip to the CAB although there is probably not much point in that apart from an excuse to have a walk and get some air... lmao.. like i need an excuse.. but.. bad doings by the boston borough council and dwp .. barstardos !
