Re-Letter To Financial Institution in Ekiti By Fayose Transition Committee . Few hours ago ,PDP lying Machine( Lere Ironyinka) posted on his Facebook page, that Fayose transition team had write a letter warning financial institution in Ekiti against illegal transaction with present administration of Kayode Fayemi. The illegal dealing according to them has to do with ETF fund. Though, one would have regarded this ridiculous directive as unfounded and lack any force of law but it is high time for all well meaning Ekitis to called PDP to order. In the first place, where does this ragtag transition committee derives its power or legitimacy to write Banks ? Is it under 1999 Constitution or electoral acts. Even, Fayose as it is today lack such power because he is still a governor elect and as such he has no legal authority to issue such letter . Hence Fayose,PDP or their agent should wait till Oct 16 before exercise their power. Kayode Fayemi led government still has till October 16 to deliver dividend of Democracy to good of people Ekiti. On the issues of ETF fund which form the basis of PDP illegal letter, any visitor to Ekiti State University in the last four years will attest to the transformation of the ivory tower not only in structure but in every aspect of the University. It is on record, that Fayose attempt to deep his hands into the University treasury in his short lived administration was resisted by the erudite scholar Prof Akin Oyebode who was the Vice Chancellor of the school then, led to his forced retirement vacation. Ekiti PDP should rolled up their sleeve and prepared for governance instead of chasing shadow and raising false alarm over non existent fraud. Fayemi has raised the bar in delivery of dividend of democracy and Ekiti will not accept anything less.
