Re: My MAYWEATHER v. MAIDANA prediction, BRONER & KAHN --- lets start with my Mayweather v. Maidana prediction. I was RIGHT ON THE MONEY. ;0) And, IMHO, the judge that got it right was Michael Pernick, an old Illinois USA Boxing guy, who used to live in Barrington before he retired to Florida. Hed come into the gym with the latest posters for USA Boxing bouts and chew the fat awhile (Good Call Mike!) - Next, BRONER, still a punk who, from what I saw, doesnt have the power to punch his way out of a paper bag. Im not saying he doesnt have talent, he does, but IMHO hes just a punk that doesnt have the power to hurt guys at 140 lbs, forget 147 lbs and tries to whip everyone with his big mouth. Then there is Kahn. When I hear this guy speak, he sounds articulate, intelligent and seems to be a very pleasant fellow. So then I ask myself, why dont I like this guy? Seems very like-able. Then I watch him fight and I REMEMBER why I cant stand the guy. Holds like a horny prom date, pizzes & moans when someone dishes it back out to him, and he, like Broner, who BOTH (IMHO) dont have any power at 140 lbs, keep telling the world that theyre the ones who are the heirs apparent to Mayweather! BS! IMHO, its Porter (a Maidana on steroids - a WRECKING MACHINE) and Pacquaio who have a chance at dethrone-ing Floyd. Maidana too (if he can add more diversity to his agressiveness - Floyd adapted to his looping right). Those are the three, Maidana, Pacquaio & Porter. Thurman IMHO needs a little more seasoning. Hes like Canelo, extremely talented, but still acquiring the required EXPERIENCE at that level. Sorry if youre fans of Kahn or Broner, JMHO. No comment on Justin Beiber. ;0) ~~ Gary
