M. Keck Observatory, located near the summit of Mauna Kea in the U.S. state of Hawaii. According to Ken, he used a cellphone to capture this video from a secure workstation. Assuming that the report is current, this object was viewed while Saturn is in conjunction. (Opposite Earth on the other side of the sun.)
