Re: Tommy Harden + subsequent Cheatin Resolutions (i.e., Pair of Six Shooters if I recall correctly) - Tommy applies his ability first since its passive. After which, if the Cheatin Resolution changes your cards, Re-apply the bonus given by Tommy to your new hand. Hence, if you start with a Trio, Tommy resolves and bumps you up by 2. If you use a Cheatin Resolution and turn your hand into a 4 of a kind, Tommy uses your new hand instead, turning your hand rank akin to a 5 of a kind. boardgamegeek/article/16814914#16814914 (wish the poster linked the aeg forum post though) Also, any player may play Cheatin Resolutions, even if they arent part of the Shootout. Only 1 Cheatin Resolution may be used against a player though.
