Total points for shortlisting : 100 . > ii. Weightage to be given to the Marks obtained in the matriculation : 90 . Via #Results24x7 . > iii. Points to be awarded for higher Qualification (upto 10+2) : 10 . > Whereas, in accordance with the above criteria the following number of candidates are required to be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 category-wise; > CATEGORY / TOTAL : POSTS. > OM = 84. 1:5 = 420 > RBA = 30. 1:5 = 150 > SC = 12. 1:5 = 60 > ST = 15. 1:5 = 75 > ALC = 05. 1:5 = 25 > OSC = 02. 1:5 = 10 > TOTAL = 148, > 1:5 = 740 > Whereas, on the basis of the said criteria and conditions of eligibility, the cut off merit has been arrived at for different categories as under: > CATEGORY : CUT OFF > OM : 88.66 > RBA: 86.14 > SC : 86.32 > ST : 78.94 > ALC : 83.98. Whereas, under some categories, the cut of merit so arrived at is more than that in the OM category and, therefore, the category candidates upto the merit secured by the last Open Merit candidates are to be called over and above the ratio of 1:5 for the interview to avoid any disadvantage to the category candidates; and Whereas, some candidates figure at the cut of merit so arrived, it has been decided to call all such candidates with the uniform merit for interview to avoid any disadvantage/hardship to any candidate(s); and Whereas, on the basis of the above, 785 candidates in the ratio of 1:5 with the above stipulations are now to be called for interview; and Whereas, the list of the candidates so short-listed on the basis of above merit is contained in the Annexure вAв to this Notice; and Whereas, 3% horizontal reservation for Physically Challenged Persons is to be provided under rules; and Whereas, with a view to ensuring that the horizontal reservation is provided to the Physically Challenged Persons, 20 candidates under this category are also to be called for interview which have been included in the above list; and Whereas, in case any candidate(s) who has/have applied against the posts of Class-IV so advertised vide Notification No.01-GAD of 2014 Dated:27.06.2014 and fall(s) in the above cut of merit but do(es) not figure in the list enclosed may, alongwith documentary evidence of having applied for the post, represent to the GAD within a period of seven days from the date publication of this Notice and may also forward the representation to the address of Additional Secretary to Government, GAD (Establishment) for settlement of his claim in accordance with the rules on the following email: sc.chibber@gmail . com.
