Re-posting since Rick Caruso unveiled his plans for the Palisades. LA Times piece is good (as was the piece when all this first went down). But Curbed LA was the best. May he get shingles on every body part a person can contract that, whatever it is. I have to Google shingles. I honestly have no clue what they are. But they are very unpleasant. To repeat, Rick Caruso did wonders for Glendale. But it could only improve. There was nothing to lose. Glendale was never Pacific Palisades. Its not as though it deteriorated and he brought it back.
