#ReSharing an old one- Policy for articled assistant drafted by CA: Clause A: Dress Code: 1) You are advised to come to work dressed according to your stipend. 2) If we see you wearing Prada shoes and carrying a Gucci bag, we will assume, that you do not need ICAI minimum stipend, and we will not give you even minimum stipend. 3) If you dress poorly, you need to learn to manage your money better, so that you may buy nicer clothes, and therefore you do not need a raise in stipend in any year of articleship. 4) If you dress just right, you are right where you need to be and therefore you do not need a raise in stipend in any year of Articleship. Clause B: Sick Leave: We will no longer accept a doctors statement as proof of sickness. If you are able to go to the doctor, you are able to come to work. Clause C: Casual leave: Each article will receive 104 personal days a year. They are called Saturdays & Sundays. Clause D : Bathroom Breaks: Entirely too much time is being spent in the toilet. There is now a strict three-minute time limit in the stalls. At the end of three minutes, an alarm will sound, the toilet paper roll will retract, the stall door will open, and a picture will be taken. After your second offense, your picture will be posted on the company bulletin board, Facebook group and whatsapp group under the Chronic Offenders category. Anyone caught smiling in the picture will be sectioned under the companys mental health policy. Clause E: Lunch Break: 1) Skinny people get 30 minutes for lunch, as they need to eat more, so that they can look healthy. 2) Normal size people get 15 minutes for lunch to get a balanced meal to maintain their average figure. 3) Chubby people get 5 minutes for lunch, because thats all the time needed to drink a Slim-Fast. Clause F: Outstation Audits 1) If you give excuse of classes for not going to outstation audit, we will send office peon to attend lectures for you and afterwards you need to study those topics with peon upon coming from outstations, beyond office hours and in office only. 2) TA/DA will not be reimbursed, if you visit any relatives place or visiting place while on outstation audit, even when you are going beyond office hours. 3) 3 months stipend of all the articles will not be given to the article, in case s/he wants some friend or GF/BF to join the outstation. Clause G: Audit Places Behavior 1) You need to eat well at home before going to local audit place, and any article found asking for food or refreshment at client place will have to cook food fo whole office at his own cost on next Saturday. 2) In case any article not able to find any querry, he will be prohibited to visit any audit place, and he need to do peon or receptionist job for the next full month.
