ReVive Center for Housing and Healing is looking to fill a Custodian position. Performs custodial work at our SRO property including lobby and office area, hallways and exterior of building. Typical tasks required include: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and buffing floors; cleaning and sanitizing lavatories, removing trash and other debris from building. Maintains custodial closet to ensure inventory and supply control. Must have the ability to utilize small hand tools, change light bulbs, paint and have limited plumbing skills and carpentry skills. This position requires the ability to work with little supervision and individual must have good judgement. Position requires standing, bending and lifting 50 lbs. Previous experience is required and handy man skills is a plus. Position is Sunday through Tuesday 24 hour a week with limited overtime. Must have previous custodial experience. Must have the ability to work from Work Orders as assigned. Must have the ability to work with very little supervision. Fax cover letter and resume to Cynthia M.
