Reablement Support Worker Job description An exciting opportunity has arisen for flexible, reliable and Committed individual to join a new team providing Reablement across East Lancashire, in a well established company. The aim of the Service is to maximize independence and achieve a faster recovery from illness for the service User. Experience and Qualifications are preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Duties will include supporting service users to regain/relearn the skills and confidence to remain independent in their own homes.
