The rot first started at the Karnataka High Court in a petition filed by Mr.B.V.Acharya, a good man who had been directed to be investigated in a bad case. I have since been publicly condemning that judgment and its successors that finally led to the Anil Kumar fiasco. Absurd and mindless are the words that I have used to describe those judgments in the media.
