Read Sloan Ketterings latest suggestion, on HOW TO PREVENT CANCER (because, with few exceptions, there is no cure....certainly not chemotherapy! Ones diet Should be 80% plant based, 20% seed, nut & grain...they say, if YOU MUST, eat animal protein, you should eat MINIMAL amounts of chicken....and fish. I do know that most of us, will not do that....but incorporating more of the, anti causing cancer foods and less of the cancer CAUSING foods will help greatly....it is no bull sh** ......you are what you eat!!
